Target Made Me Do It | Treat Yourself Beauty Box

There are about a million and 1 beauty boxes and subscription boxes out there and though they were kind of fun and exciting to buy in the beginning, they really just don't appeal to me anymore. I've tried a ton but I feel like most of the time nothing in the box ends up in my daily routine and fades to the back of my beauty drawer or in my daughters' toy box.

I've heard of the Target Beauty Box but I've never really paid much attention to them. I never even taken the time to look at them. A couple weeks ago my mom showed me the Define and Shine Box and I actually was super interested in trying out a lot of the products featured in the box, and it was only $7! So I went ahead and ordered it and was extremely pleased with not only the products but also the size of the products. You get enough product to truly try out the product and see if you like it.  So like the Target Addict I am, of course, I had to order more boxes haha! I actually have 3 boxes I'm currently trying out and also preparing to share with y'all but today we are going to focus on my thoughts for the Treat Yourself Box

This box as a whole hasn't let me down not even a tiny bit! I literally love every single thing I got. Below is a list of the 7 items included in this box along with my thoughts on each item.

Bodycology Free Lovely Coconut & Rose Body Butter

I have been on the hunt for the perfect lotion to wear for the spring and after multiple trips to Bath & Body Works, I still hadn't found the right smell yet. I'm normally pretty brand loyal when it comes to my body products and I had no intention on switching to another brand but when I smelled this body butter I knew at that moment I had found my spring signature scent! It's actually a bit crazy because normally I'm not a huge fan of the rose scent but the mix of rose alone with coconut gives off the perfect subtle floral scent that is just so perfect for spring! Plus you get a $1 off coupon towards the full sized version so this will be coming home to mama!

Dr. Teals Pink Himalayan Foaming Bath | ME! Bath Bomb | Luxe by Mr. Bubble Sweet and Clean Meltaway Soak

I'm a sucker for bath products, I even wrote a post, 7 Tips For The Perfect Bubble Bath For Mommies, encouraging moms to set aside at least once a week time to relax in a bath. So you already know I was excited to see not just one but three different bath products in this box! I loved all three but my favorite was definitely the foaming bath! Adding bubbles definitely is a must when in need of some relaxation and self-pampering and the scent of this bath foam is just so calming. All three products include a $ off coupon, so I'll definitely be bringing home the bath foam and lavender bath bombs!

Honest Beauty Refreshingly Clean Gel Cleanser

Cleansers are hard for me, my skin is very sensitive and I can never truly know if my skin will react well to a product. So of course, I was a bit skeptical about this specific product because I wasn’t sure if it would work for me. After the first use, I fell in love immediately! The main thing I love is the scent! It has a scent similar to Aveda products which is a huge plus! As far as my skin's reaction, I haven’t noticed anything negative which is great because if I continue to see good signs I’m all for making this a regular in my skincare routine!

Olay Regenerist Whips Facial Moisturizer

I'm not really one to worry about wrinkles or fine lines but I do like this as just a daily moisturizer. This is probably my least favorite product in the box but I do plan on using it!

Burt's Bees Tinted Lip Balm Red Dahlia

So I must admit, I am an EOS loyal customer and swear by my sweet mint lip balm but I don't mind trying other brands. Though nothing will ever replace my EOS, I will still use this lip balm because I do love the tint it gave me. When I wore this, I had every intention to put on a lipstick but ended up liking the look it gave me. This lip balm is perfect for throwing on when you just need a little something like for a trip to the grocery store or picking up the kids from daycare/school!

Target literally made me do it, haha, Target never lets me down! There is a limited stock of boxes available in stores and you can also order them online! Get yours before they are gone!
